Title: Customer Experience Representative

Location: Mississauga, Ontario

Type: Full-Time

The Customer Experience Representative will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails from customers and respond to inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Provide accurate information and advice on CMI Solar’s products and services.
• Identify and resolve customer issues and complaints, escalating to appropriate departments when necessary.
• Manage customer accounts and update customer information in the database.
• Liaise with sales and installation teams to coordinate customer installations and follow up on project status.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless customer service and positive customer experience.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay up to date on products, services, and industry trends.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the solar energy industry.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex information in a clear and concise manner.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve customer issues effectively.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer management software.
• Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends as required.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Install solar energy systems, including PV panels, inverters, and battery storage systems, according to established specifications and safety standards.
• Work with a team to ensure safe and efficient installation of solar energy systems.
• Perform quality control checks to ensure all components are installed correctly and operating efficiently.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with solar energy systems.
• Perform routine maintenance on solar energy systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety regulations.
• Complete required documentation and reporting for each project.

Qualifications: 

• Post-secondary education from a recognized college or trade school.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience installing solar energy systems.
• Familiarity with electrical systems and safety regulations.
