Customer Experience Representative
Title: Customer Experience Representative
Location: Mississauga, Ontario
Type: Full-Time
CMI Solar, a leading provider of solar energy solutions in Ontario, is seeking an experienced and motivated Customer Experience Representative to join our team. The Customer Experience Representative will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails from customers and respond to inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate information and advice on CMI Solar’s products and services.
- Identify and resolve customer issues and complaints, escalating to appropriate departments when necessary.
- Manage customer accounts and update customer information in the database.
- Liaise with sales and installation teams to coordinate customer installations and follow up on project status.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless customer service and positive customer experience.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay up to date on products, services, and industry trends.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the solar energy industry.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve customer issues effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer management software.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends as required.

- Install solar energy systems, including PV panels, inverters, and battery storage systems, according to established specifications and safety standards.
- Work with a team to ensure safe and efficient installation of solar energy systems.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure all components are installed correctly and operating efficiently.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with solar energy systems.
- Perform routine maintenance on solar energy systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety regulations.
- Complete required documentation and reporting for each project.
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education from a recognized college or trade school.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience installing solar energy systems.
- Familiarity with electrical systems and safety regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and blueprints.
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within GTA.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist Project Managers in planning and coordinating solar projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion within scope, quality, and safety requirements.
- Coordinate project teams including engineers, contractors, and vendors, and work closely with clients and stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Support the development of project plans and schedules and monitor project progress against milestones.
- Assist in monitoring project budgets and expenses, ensuring adherence to financial goals.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Communicate project status and updates to internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify and report project risks to Project Managers.
Qualifications:
